Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus earnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

77dc's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier, up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are at the discretion of the management and are determined based on each player's activity.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• A member may take advantage of any single bonus offer only once.
• The specific terms applicable to each bonus must be read before using that bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash — they are for gaming use only.
• 77dc reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the game result will be determined based on the data stored on the 77dc server. This decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77dc platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of software errors.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, submit a written request to the 77dc support team. All existing bets will be settled before the account is closed and any available funds will be returned.

8.3 Fund Returns

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, a decision on whether funds will be returned will be made depending on the outcome of the investigation. If the closure is for a neutral reason, your valid balance will be returned.
